However, we do generally follow a tried and tested methodology.
Our work is typically organized into distinct phases, with broad issues broken down into discrete
analyses and measurable tasks.
Our team is organised in a dynamic fashion – every project is lead by a highly experienced and
creative lead Project Manager who is usually both accomplished academically and possess a strong
track record in client service and project implementation.
The Project Managers are ably assisted by a team of young local graduates.
